Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI) has a rich history that spans over 38 years of serving the community in North Alabama. Established in July 1982 as a 501(c)(3) private non-profit Corporation, CNAHSI initially started as a two-physician family practice with one located in a satellite facility on Highway 20 near Limestone County, and the other in a house and trailer on Pulaski Pike, Huntsville, Alabama.
Since its humble beginnings, CNAHSI has grown and evolved into one of the largest multi-service primary healthcare group practices in North Alabama. Today, CNAHSI is Joint Commission Accredited and Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) Certified by The Joint Commission, a testament to its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to its patients. With five health centers and a home health agency, CNAHSI now serves over 100,000 residents of Madison, Limestone, Morgan, and contiguous counties in North Alabama and South Tennessee.
